Check Kerala High Court case status with CourtClick

Use CourtClick to search for your Kerala High Court matter, add it to your cases and follow available case status, hearing information and orders. Select Kerala as your case state and use the search method that matches the details on your High Court case papers.

Before importing a result, confirm that its court is the High Court of Kerala and that the parties and full case reference match. The steps below describe the Public/Litigant workflow.

Add your Kerala High Court matter

  1. Prepare the High Court reference

Keep the High Court case type, number and year together, or have the CNR ready. If you only know a party or lawyer name, use the relevant name-search option when it is shown in CourtClick.

  2. Search within your Kerala case state

Open Add Case and enter the requested details. Use Find Case(s) For Me on the name-based search screen, or complete the detailed case form and use Find Case For Me. Follow the court and district selections requested by the form you see.

  3. Select the High Court result and activate tracking

Compare the court, full reference and parties, then choose Import Case for the correct matter. If it is locked, select the eligible plan or use available case credit through the action shown. Open the case once access is active.

Use the reference for the right proceeding

A lower-court case cited in your paperwork is not necessarily the number of the High Court proceeding. Copy the reference for the matter you want to track. Keep the case type with the number and year so you can distinguish similarly numbered cases.

When a name search returns multiple entries, compare the court and parties rather than selecting the first result. CourtClick lets you add the matching matter after you have checked it.

Read case status, hearing history and orders together

  • Case details identify the matter and show the available status and related information.
  • The case timeline and hearing history help you follow recorded changes over time.
  • Available interim orders and judgments contain the wording of those documents. Open them when an alert refers to an order.
  • Supported cause-list or live-board features help with hearing-day information; a listing is not the outcome of a hearing.

Set the reminders you need

Open Updates and its settings to review Notification Settings. Select the supported update categories and, where available, how many cases before yours you want a hearing-call reminder. Allow notifications in your phone settings as well.

A reminder depends on the available listing or live-board information. It does not guarantee an exact hearing time. Review the current case information and coordinate attendance with your advocate.

If an order or hearing update is not visible

Check that the correct High Court matter is imported and tracking is active. Documents and updates appear according to their availability and processing; not every matter has the same information.

Use Support or the case-details Report it option if the record appears incorrect. Include the full High Court case reference and the particular date or document you are asking about.

Frequently asked questions

Can I search Kerala High Court cases by a lawyer name in CourtClick?

Use Lawyer Name when that option is available for the selected state. Enter the requested details, run the search and verify the High Court, parties and full case reference in the result.

Can I keep a High Court case and a district court case in CourtClick?

You can import the matching available matters separately. Check the tracking plan or case credit required for each case; related proceedings can have different references.

Does a cause-list entry show what the court decided?

No. A listing helps identify a scheduled matter. Review the later case update and any available order in CourtClick to see the recorded information about the hearing.
